Ordered $50 arrangement and paid full delivery fee the day before the flowers were to be delivered, it's 4:38 PM and no sign of the flowers. I called and was told they were on a truck they had to combine with some other deliveries. Spoke to the manager and he said that he had to wait for a delivery of fresh flowers. So either he should have told me when i placed the order that he didn't have enough fresh flower to make a quality arrangement or when he decided to wait for a 1:00 delivery he should have called me or rushed them out as soon as he was done. Don't know that I'll use them again.
