I recently bought a Dodge Grand Caravan from Jon at Fran's Auto Mart in Clayton. I was a great experience. I have been burned before when I bought another van but Jon and the others were great. We got on the spot financing with in our budget and with a down payment in our budget. The van was clean and seemed good on the test drive.

But... on the way home the temp gauge went to high. It came down as soon as I turned the van off, but it would keep fluctuating. So my husband looked and found that there wasn't any antifreeze or water in the radiator. We fixed that and all was well until... the engine light came on the next day. I called the office and they said to bring it in and they would have someone look at it. Come to find out the catalytic converter had went bad. They replaced it and didn't charge for the part or the labor!

I am extremely happy with Fran's Auto Mart and encourage any one who needs a vehicle to go see Jon and the rest of the office staff. I will be going back next year to get my husband a truck.
